20th Annual Kelly's St Patrick's Day Parade Stretched along VA Dare Trail
in Nags Head on Sunday, March 15, 2009 under overcast skies and light
rain. Although temperatures were only in the low 50s, everyone smiled
and seemed to forget the cold as they watched the enthusiastic marcher’s
